If no payment was made, SWICO’s liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

10. General Provisions
10.1 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
10.2 No Waiver. No waiver of any term or right under these Terms will be deemed a further or continuing waiver.
10.3 Assignment. SWICO may assign or transfer its rights under these Terms, wholly or in part, without restriction. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without SWICO’s prior written consent.
10.4 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other documents expressly incorporated, constitute the entire agreement between you and SWICO with respect to the subject matter.
