This past Saturday, 28th June 2025, the SWICO team proudly took part in the Insurance Sports Gala at the Indian Institute of Health and Allied Sciences in Luzira. The event brought together Uganda’s top insurance players for a day filled with energy, teamwork, and spirited competition.

Our team participated in a wide range of sports, from football and netball to swimming and athletics, demonstrating not only our athletic skills but also the unity and resilience that define our company culture.

The highlight of the day was emerging winners of the Tug of War, a true testament to our strength in working together and never backing down from a challenge. This victory perfectly reflects the values we carry into our daily work: excellence, teamwork, and commitment — both on the field and in serving our clients.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to IRA Uganda, the Insurance Training College, and all participating companies for making the event a success. Moments like these reinforce the importance of collaboration and community within Uganda’s insurance sector.
