A complaint relates to any dissatisfaction with anything pertaining to our services. As a client, you have a right to make a complaint in relation to the services offered, the products offered and our unsatisfactory conduct in the course of business.
For ease of reference and follow up, complaints must be submitted in writing. . Complaints can be emailed to complaints@swico.co.ug or sent to our Head Office at Second Floor, Sure House, Plot 1, Bombo Road, Kampala, Uganda.
We shall endeavor to address and resolve all complaints within 7 (seven) working days from the date of receipt of the complaint and keep you abreast of the process.
Please note that as a Complainant, you reserve the right to lodge a complaint with the Insurance Regulatory Authority.
