Between March 10th–13th, SWICO actively participated in Insurance Week, a nationwide initiative aimed at raising awareness about the importance of insurance. The main event took place at Millennium Park Lugogo, but our outreach extended beyond Kampala, reaching communities through our branch network.
Throughout the week, SWICO engaged directly with the public through interactive client sessions, informative social media campaigns, and cultural wear displays that celebrated Uganda’s rich heritage while promoting insurance awareness. These activities provided an opportunity to educate individuals and businesses on how insurance can serve as a financial safety net against unexpected risks.
Insurance Week served as a dynamic platform to connect with diverse audiences, addressing misconceptions and answering common questions about insurance policies. SWICO’s dedicated team worked tirelessly to ensure that participants left with a clearer understanding of how insurance can safeguard their financial stability and well-being.
Through this initiative, we reinforced our commitment to promoting insurance accessibility while strengthening our relationships with the communities we serve.
